I called on Friday and made an appointment with Brittany. I wanted an old school flat top and they highly recommended her. I arrived early. I was just about to sit when Brittany came out to invite me back to her station. I had never met Brittany before. She was very polite. Asked me what I wanted and absolutely delivered. Her attention to detail in making sure my flat top was clean was impeccable. She was also very engaging and made me feel comfortable. There was none of the usual, awkward, silence. I will definitely be going back to Brittany in the future.

Incredible experience with huge warm welcome on arrival which instantly made me feel relaxed and like I was chatting with old friends. My stylist, Baley, was incredible and worked some magic with my old balding head! She was warm, funny and incredibly engaging. Most of all, her skills rocked! Feels like the best cut I’ve had in 15 years. She made a fan out of me and I cannot recommend her enough! I actually hadn’t been to Swagger in 2 1/2 years due to a previous interaction which soured me but today I needed a cut on short notice and was able to get in quickly. Baley and crew made my day and I’ll be back again! Bravo to Baley and the Swagger team. You not only restored my faith, all y’all made a difference! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
